Mid-Level Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver high-quality IT solutions. As a key member of our sales and delivery teams, you will be responsible for building strong C-level and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to position our company's IT solutions effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
