As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high service standards. You will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
- Identify potential customers for tailored products to enhance product penetration and increase sales revenue.
- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads and achieving monthly targets as assigned by the organization.
- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions.
You will be responsible for complying with relevant regulations, including KYC/SEBI rules, and legislation governing the bank's operations.
