Job Title:

A senior Oracle database administrator is needed to lead a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and implementing high-performance database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced database architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex performance issues.
  • Design and implement Oracle RAC solutions across servers, operating systems, networks, and storage layers.
  • Tune SQL queries to improve performance and refactor them as needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues from SQL to application to database to system to storage.
  • Maintain high availability features of Oracle databases.
  • Implement robust backup and recovery options for Oracle databases.
  • Work effectively in production environments on various operating systems.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in Oracle DBA roles.
  • Prior experience working in Telecom or BFSI companies.
  • Must-have skills: RAC (installation, upgradation, and management), Database Backup and Recovery, DB Migration, and Performance Tuning.
