Job Description

The Executive Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to HR staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SHRM-CP, are an asset.
