Job Role Overview

The Junior Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business leads in the USA market through research. This role is crucial in supporting Business Development and Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize sales tools to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  2. Create and maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
  8. Maintain professionalism in all communications, representing the company's brand values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the logistics industry.
