
Customer Service Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to deliver high-quality training programs for our call center team members.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in designing and implementing training curricula.
- This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- The Training Coordinator will work closely with quality assurance and other internal departments to identify new training needs and develop targeted programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our call center team members.
- Conduct evaluations and assess employee training needs to inform program development.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training coordination or a related field.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project coordination experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
