Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our consumers through various communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to consumer inquiries via phone, email, or instant message.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate Product Support department when necessary.
  • Process a high volume of consumer inquiries related to our products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identifying root causes and utilizing tools and resources to determine the best course of action.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the proper resource and follow up with coaching and mentoring to ensure knowledge transfer and improvement.
  • Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records of contact details.
  • Maintain standards of quality, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
  • Potentially provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of our products, services, and business operations to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
  • Excellent customer service skills that foster high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and operation.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
