Google Ads Specialist Job Description

This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in transforming businesses through expertly managed Google Ads campaigns.

  • Set up Google Ads accounts for new clients and create campaigns, target keywords, utilize negative keywords, write ad copy, and leverage assets (extensions) to boost results.
  • Optimize campaigns on a regular basis to improve performance and assist with conversion tracking and analytics integration.
  • Provide feedback to help guide campaign strategy and budget allocation based on performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of general marketing principles and Google Ads management experience (1 year minimum).
  2. Experience with lead generation campaigns (not eCommerce).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads certification and YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok Ads experience.
  • Experience working with local business or home services and lead generation campaigns.
Work Arrangements:

Flexible hours, but meetings at 9am Seattle time at least twice a week.

Benefits:
  • 3 paid vacation leaves and 3 paid sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
  • Salary: $1500USD/month for full-time work (40 hours a week).
Opportunities:

As the business grows, there will be opportunities to move into other roles or become a manager of other Google Ads specialists.
