Job Description
We seek a motivated Export Executive for Documentation and Logistics to manage logistics and documentation for export operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our premium basmati rice. The role involves coordinating export logistics, preparing export documentation, and liaising with customs officials to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, the candidate will arrange transportation, negotiate shipping rates, and track shipments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of import and export regulations and documentation requirements, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in logistics software and tools. A good understanding of MS Office Suite is also essential for tracking shipments and generating reports.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage export logistics to ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading.
- Liaise with customs officials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Arrange transportation and negotiate shipping rates with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Track shipments and update clients on the status of their orders.
- Handle any shipping-related issues and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure all export activities are compliant.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in import/export operations and logistics management.
- Strong understanding of import and export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools for efficient management of shipments.
- Good communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including suppliers and transport agencies.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during shipping and documentation processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking shipments and generating reports.
