Job Overview

M.P. Agrotonics Ltd is seeking a Junior Export Import Documentation Specialist for a full-time position in Bhopal. The role is designed for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage the export-import documentation process to ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and efficient logistics coordination.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations to manage compliance effectively.

  • Familiarity with customs procedures to facilitate seamless import and export processes.

  • Proficiency in document management systems for efficient and organized record keeping.
  • Understanding of Incoterms for the negotiation and execution of international trade contracts.
  • Experience in logistics coordination to ensure timely and reliable shipment of goods.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for the export and import process to meet regulations and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Liaise with exporters, importers, and customs officials to ensure all documentation meets international and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics departments for scheduling and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Verify all invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated on regulations and changes in trade policies to ensure consistent compliance.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all shipping documents and retain archives for reference and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with various departments to align operations and improve procedural efficiencies.
  • Address and resolve any issues with documentation, customs, or transport to minimize delays.
