As an Associate in Product and Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business challenges forward. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and executing experiments will be your forte.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities across various teams and leverage that insight to propel the business forward.
  • Interpret product usage metrics to pinpoint user experience issues and growth potential.
  • Apply research, critical thinking, and iterative approaches to tackle product and user experience challenges.
  • Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments while tracking key metrics and iterating quickly on activation funnels and retention cohorts.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.
  • Take ownership of growth experiments from ideation to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
