Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant Job Opportunity

\

We are seeking an expert professional with in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, a focus on modern user experience, and hands-on configuration experience.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.\
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and personalize pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.\
  • HCM Security Components: Implement and manage security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).\
  • Approval Workflows: Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications.\
  • Upgrades and Release Management: Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new features and mandatory migration timelines.\

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR and the ability to guide our organization through optimizing existing configurations and ensuring a seamless user experience.
