Our team helps clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and drive success in key areas such as finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Deliver solutions around HCM modules, including business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
- Lead solution design and engage with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- At least 8 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role.
- Strong understanding of at least three HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Leave management, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Performance, Learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and deliver solutions.
- Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Oracle Certification in any of the above-mentioned modules.
- Domestic (India) implementation experience.
