Senior HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical/Functional consultant with exceptional communication skills and expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on Oracle Fusion and exposure to EBS, as well as knowledge of process flow, set-up, and common solutions to HCM modules.

Technical requirements include expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, and Page Customizations & Extensions.

The successful candidate will possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.
