Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Expert

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consulting, boasting exceptional communication and expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk.

  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is mandatory.
  • Possesses strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and has expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

We are seeking a consultant who can provide strong leadership and develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Oracle HCM solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert-level support for clients on Oracle HCM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects.

  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and its related tools.
  • Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk.
