Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in integrating Fusion HCM with other systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be a key part of this role.
  • This position requires supporting the technical aspects of Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for documenting technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
  • Providing technical support to end-users and functional consultants is also a critical aspect of this job.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are also highly valued.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is a must.
