Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM specialist with 3–5 years of functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and providing support for Core HR and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, analytical skills to identify gaps, and the ability to recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
    • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
    • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
    • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be able to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East as per project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
