Oracle HCM Redwood Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Redwood Specialist to drive implementation and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Configure: Seamlessly integrate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with the Redwood UX framework for a best-in-class user experience.
  • Design and Develop: Leverage Redwood components, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and other Oracle tools to create custom extensions that enhance HR processes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop strategic solutions using Redwood UI best practices.
  • Enhance User Experience: Optimize employee and manager self-service experiences using Redwood themes and design principles.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot: HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • User Training and Documentation: Provide training and documentation for HR teams on new Redwood functionalities.
  • Integration and Security: Work on data migration, security roles, and integrations with third-party systems using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
  • Strong Expertise: In Redwood UX, VBCS, and Oracle PaaS for custom extensions.
  • Hands-on Experience: In Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Compensation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts: For reporting and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs: For integrations.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to Work in Agile Environments: And follow Oracle Cloud best practices.
