Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

This role requires delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.

  • Develop HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems
  • Create reports using BI Publisher
  • Perform data conversion using HDL
  • Develop fast formulas
  • Maintain functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
  • Have knowledge of Redwood framework and Journey configuration
  • Personalize and customize pages using VBS
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with external applications or systems within the organization

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and support to business users
  • Work closely with IT to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective

Technical Requirements

  • Oracle HCM Cloud system architecture
  • Integration with external applications and systems
  • Redwood framework and Journey configuration
  • BI Publisher report development
  • Fast formula development
  • Core HR module functional understanding
