Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Technical Specialist with strong expertise in HR Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

This role involves designing, developing, and supporting HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. Additionally, the successful candidate will configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.

The HCM Cloud Technical Specialist will build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs. Furthermore, this role requires supporting end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions. Other key responsibilities include developing and managing HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts
  • Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI): Real-time dashboards & analytics
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks
