Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to lead our Cloud HCM implementation and support efforts. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Oracle HCM Suite, with expertise in multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for Cloud HCM implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Liaise with Oracle technical teams to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of ERP implementation experience, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management, including Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, and Talent Management.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
