Job Opportunity:

Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Expert

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the development and customization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications using advanced technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems to drive business efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to maintain knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications, showcasing expertise in technical leadership and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools, with a strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Project management experience is highly valued, but not mandatory.
