Job Title: Client Services Representative

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle international calls with clients and advisors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft emails and work effectively with MS Office applications.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and productivity, with typing speeds of 28 WPM or higher and at least 95% accuracy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, preferably US stock market concepts.
  • Ability to process asset transfers, including mutual funds, with a focus on high net value mutual funds.
  • Research account information to identify potential assets for transfer.
  • Analyze MF documents, verify information, and provide updates to brokerage advisors.
  • Post research, communicate with advisors, and update systems accordingly.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy, as errors can have financial impacts on clients and their customers.
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to work overtime if required.
  • Punctuality and adherence to attendance and leave policies.
  • Reporting directly to the Team Lead and following company instructions and HR policies.
