Client Service Representative/Trading Services Associate

Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to manage margin settlements for Futures, Options, and OTC Cleared Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of counterparty risk management and be able to collaborate with buy-side clients and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

The Client Service Representative will provide a controlled environment for managing counterparty risk, support prime brokerage/clearing businesses, and develop partnerships with diverse stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing client-agreed margin, responding to incoming margin calls, and escalating issues accurately in line with regulatory requirements.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for developing the Clearing Client Service offering, generating efficiencies, and providing flexible support in a changing market environment. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across multiple lines of business and for communicating complex data to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of external client services experience or similar.
  • Working knowledge of OTC Derivative products, Futures, and Options.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions strategically.
  • High accuracy, numeracy, and core system skills.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
