The candidate would assess our departments' operational methods and propose ways to improve them.
The Operations Executive will monitor the efficiency of a department and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service and data analysis procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Client & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, contributing to business growth.
Project & Operations Management: Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, etc.) to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution of outsourced work.
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance workflow and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:3 to 5+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and suggest business improvements.
Project management and effective communication are essential operation executive skills.
To succeed in this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking.
