About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Specialist to join our team at GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand the needs of our clients and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Acquire new clients through networking, direct contact, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
  • Build and nurture client relationships via various channels.
  • Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Strong Corporate Training selling skills including excellent relationship-building, networking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent in Business communications and email etiquette.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn and other portals.
  • Ability to generate B2B leads.
  • Experience in Lead Research and Prospecting.
  • Experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and using social media to generate leads.
  • Data Maintenance and organization skills.
  • MBA qualification or Experience in Business development is preferred.
  • Any exposure to IT Training & Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B environment.
