Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results-oriented programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Initiate and manage programs from conception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and on-time completion.
    • Closely coordinate with Engineering and Infra teams to ensure smooth deployments, execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, and successful rollout of new features.
    • Foster a culture of communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders to deliver intended business value and measurable outcomes.
    • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical jargon and communicating progress effectively.
    • Identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact the program's success.
    • Develop contingency plans and ensure the program remains resilient in the face of challenges.
    • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and seek their support when needed.
    • Track key program metrics, create dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to monitor progress and measure success.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
    • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
    • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
    • High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to understand cross functional dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered programs.
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical programs.
    • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
    • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence Stakeholders.
    Preferred Skills/Certifications
    • PMP, PMI ACP, PfMP.
    • Scrum / Kanban Methodology certifications.
    • SAFe certification.
