Branch Performance Manager

Job Summary:

  • Implement a strategic approach to achieve predefined branch performance targets.
  • Create and maintain an effective sales funnel, ensuring alignment with business forecasts and client satisfaction.
  • Manage growth and profitability by staying abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence.
  • Expand and retain the customer base through strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Benchmark and optimize direct and indirect sourcing channels for enhanced business outcomes.
  • Leverage business opportunities, collaborations, and joint promotional activities with developers.
  • Facilitate the development of new locations to penetrate emerging markets and boost business.
  • Ensure seamless lending process management across stages, including inquiry, application, verification, and disbursement.
  • Manage post-sales customer and channel partner escalations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with key departments to strategize lending product roadmaps and manage operating costs.
  • Maintain high-quality book standards, minimizing delinquency at the branch level.

Team Management:

  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing sales managers to ensure business target achievement and area profitability.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with departments, including channel partners.
  • Lead and supervise the SM & RM team through appropriate hiring, training, reward, and recognition.
  • Oversee the overall administrative functioning of the branch.
  • Ensure active distribution span of control is maintained at the branch level as per norms.

Industry & Governance:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish internal controls for legal compliance and conduct periodic audits to detect non-compliance and frauds.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products available in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies and procedures.
