About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies, ecommerce, and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and assess a vast array of hardware products across the manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors offered by the company.
  • Conduct secondary market research to understand pricing trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior across marketplaces to inform pricing strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, cost structures, and pricing models to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and profitability improvement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance market presence for high-performing products and improve sales performance for underperforming products.
  • Continuously monitor pricing effectiveness and market changes, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing historical sales data and market trends to predict future pricing and sales performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing performance, market trends, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:



  • MBA in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 13-25 years of experience in pricing analysis, business intelligence, market research, or a related field, preferably in ecommerce or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven record of experience with Google Analytics, including relevant certifications.

Desired Skills:



  • Understanding of dynamic pricing strategies, including the ability to analyze market conditions and adjust prices based on demand and competition.
  • Proficiency in Excel data analysis software and pricing software or tools.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
