About Us

We are seeking an experienced General Manager Projects to lead the execution of Solar Water Pump installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management: Build and manage a network of partners with clear agreements, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Project Execution: Ensure seamless workflows – surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission – all within timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring documentation compliance.
  • Quality & Training: Drive training programs on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a project team with structured reviews, adherence to SOPs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, and internal customers to resolve delays and ensure approvals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, refine SOPs, and implement corrective measures to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solar Project Execution (RMS + EPC)
  • OIA / MEDA / MSEDCL / HAREDA compliance
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Portal & Documentation Management
  • Field Operations Planning
Education & Experience:
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power) + MBA (Operations preferred)
  • Experience: 15+ years in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in multi-state EPC/renewable installations under government schemes.
Other Requirements:
  • 10–12 days per month for monitoring installations, government liaison, and partner/team performance.
