Solar EPC Project Director

Seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar EPC projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading project teams in the development and implementation of solar projects with a minimum capacity of 10 MW.
- Key skills include leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, as well as technical expertise in IS/IEC standards including IS 732, IS 1255, IS 3043, IS 5613, IEC 60364, and IEC 62446, and CEA/CERC grid codes.
- Responsibilities will include guiding a team in the proper design and execution of projects, preparing plans and procedures for safe, quality, and timely execution of EPC projects, and creating reports for project stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates and tenders based on client-supplied designs, possessing strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, and designing DC/AC systems, inverter and transformer integration, and grid interconnection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar EPC operations, is highly desirable.
