Leading Solar EPC Projects

Seamless integration of solar projects demands a seasoned leader who can spearhead EPC works with precision and efficiency. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of solar farms with a minimum capacity of 10 MW.
- Ambitious leadership role requiring strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving expertise.
- Proven track record in leading high-profile solar farm projects, from conception to completion.
- Direct and mentor teams for optimal project delivery, adhering to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Develop comprehensive plans and procedures for safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
- Create informative MIS reports for submission to senior management.
- Prepare cost estimates and tenders based on client-supplied designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrate expertise in IS/IEC standards and CEA/CERC grid codes, driving project success.
- Design single-line diagrams, cable sizing, earthing, lightning protection systems, and DC/AC systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Power Electronics Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a reputable solar OEM or IPP company, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/Dig SILENT, PVsyst, and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Work location: Headquarters in Pune. Travel to project sites during execution expected. Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Key performance indicators include optimizing overall project costs, constant site monitoring, and preventing losses through timely interventions.
