What we are looking for:

· Hands-on experience in Solar EPC Operations / Business Development (rooftop or utility-scale)

· Strong understanding of project management, Business Development, and on-ground challenges

· Vision for growth and passion for the renewable energy sector

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a zeal to excel in career

· Someone who is ready to work as a partner – not just an employee
