Lead Solar Project Developer

As a highly skilled solar project developer, you will lead the design, execution, and delivery of large-scale solar projects with a minimum capacity of 10 MW. Your expertise in guiding and mentoring teams will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of these projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans and procedures for safe, quality, and timely execution.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and tenders based on client-supplied designs.
  • Creating management information systems (MIS) reports for submission to senior business leaders.
  • Designing DC/AC systems, inverter and transformer integration, and grid interconnection.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree or diploma from a reputable university or college in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Power Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a solar OEM or IPP company.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/Dig SILENT, PVsyst, and MS Excel is required.
