Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth execution of construction projects on site.
  • Guarantee timely completion and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Report directly to the Head of Construction Projects/COO for all day-to-day activities related to specific sites.

Accountabilities:
  • Overall responsibility for delivering large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid projects, including field engineering, local procurement, construction, commissioning phases, and handover.
  • Provide accurate and timely project performance reports and status updates.
  • Maintain compliance with contractual requirements.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Preliminary site survey, data collection, evaluation of occupation plan, and identification of potential issues during construction.
  • Collaborate with the EPC Project Manager for all site-related matters.
  • Support negotiations and review of suppliers and subcontractors' contractual obligations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 13 years of relevant experience in the energy sector, primarily in solar projects.
  • A proven track record of managing construction phases of large power projects, preferably in the solar industry but also applicable to renewable, building construction, or conventional energy sectors.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate teams, and drive results-oriented performance.
