Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled project leader to oversee the delivery of IT/technology projects across multiple domains. This role involves defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product Management, and Support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project requirements and develop effective project plans.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum practices and ensure alignment with organizational delivery standards.
  • Maintain accurate project budgets and schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Regularly report project progress and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in a project management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Excellent project planning, execution, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
