Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the design, execution and tendering works of solar projects with a minimum capacity of 10 MW. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, ensuring safe and timely project delivery, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor a team to design and execute projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop plans and procedures for project execution, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed MIS reports for submission to senior management.
  • Conduct thorough site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in solar project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IS/IEC standards and CEA/CERC grid codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/DigSILENT, PVsyst, and MS Excel.
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Power Electronics Engineering from a reputable institution.
