You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure for a wide range of roles across departments, ensuring seamless integration with our internal stakeholders.

Another critical aspect of this role is the development and maintenance of a strong network of qualified active and passive candidates. This will involve participating in local and national career fairs, as well as implementing innovative sourcing strategies that leverage our employer brand to attract diverse talent.

Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with HR leadership and senior management to design and implement strategic recruiting initiatives that drive business growth. Your expertise in end-to-end hiring processes, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with various stakeholders, will be invaluable assets to our team.

We are seeking an individual who can bring a wealth of experience in corporate or internal recruitment, preferably with 2-5 years of experience in this field. In addition to excellent communication skills, you must have proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.

A successful candidate will possess a proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring processes, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and a deep knowledge of industry trends.
