
HR Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and human resources databases.
- Organize, manage, and update human resources documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and finalize various human resources-related documents as needed.
- Monitor human resources trackers for leaves and attendance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the human resources team in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to compliance and audit preparation activities by gathering necessary documentation and data.
- Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Ensure effective maintenance of both physical and digital filing systems.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Order and maintain adequate office supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate and support internal events and meetings with precision and efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned or directed.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Display basic knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
