Sales Account Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in a key EMEA territory.
This individual will be responsible for managing key accounts within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, and expanding the engagement with key accounts by identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
The role demands a proactive approach in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Build relationships across different operational teams to ensure that contracts and invoices are duly approved and paid for
- Expand the engagement with key accounts by identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensure cross-sell/upsell within each of the accounts to agreed level along with his/her manager
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports on a weekly basis
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns to existing accounts
- Maintain a deep understanding of G2RS's products and services and provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights, competitor activities, and market demands
- Collaborate with the client delivery team to ensure consistent service delivery to all clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
- 7 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in software product companies in the risk management within financial services industry
- Experience of working in international markets would be preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
