Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Ashland is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Pharma, Lifesciences function at our Mumbai, Maharashtra location. This is a significant role within the Company and the Life Sciences function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow commercial relationships with assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations, and maintain active memberships.
- Responsible for account receivables, I & C forms, handling of rejections, and customer complaints.
- Sales and business development of Ashland excipients with pharmaceutical, life science, and biopharmaceutical companies.
- Preparation and achievement of sales target (Revenue, volume, and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant B. Pharm with Management diploma or degree /M.Pharm experience.
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical product development & manufacturing operations.
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Self-motivated and passionate about value selling.
- Good team player.
Travel: Very Frequent (50%)
