Program Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive high-priority, high-profile programs and work closely with engineering and product leaders. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects/programs and developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Job Description:
  • Manage large, high-impact programs by leveraging technical expertise to develop detailed plans, identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure timely and smooth program launches.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team.
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborations and create a community of leadership.
  • Thought leadership skills, with the ability to advance strategy and challenge others to make important improvements.
