Job Title: Legal Team Lead

This role involves overseeing the company's litigation and dispute resolution procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing litigation, including matters related to compensation under the Electricity and Telegraph Act, Land Acquisition, Arbitration, and Constitutional cases.
  • Representing or assisting in matters before various courts, including Writ Courts, District Courts, DRT, Claim Tribunal, Consumer Courts.
  • Drafting and finalizing legal documents, such as SLPs, writ petitions, civil suits, and criminal complaints.
  • Briefing senior and external legal counsels on matters and coordinating with them.
  • Preparing and monitoring legal MIS to track and manage litigation cases.
Requirements:
  • LLB degree and 8-12 years of experience in handling litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction/EPC/Infrastructure sector.
  • Ability to draft and negotiate contracts, review contract terms, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

 

We are seeking an experienced Legal Team Lead to join our team. As a Legal Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing litigation, drafting legal documents, and briefing senior legal counsels. You will also be required to have a strong knowledge of the construction/EPC/Infrastructure sector and the ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
