Transforming Legal Contract Management

A seasoned Legal Contract Specialist with 5-10 years of experience in contracts is required to play a pivotal role in the in-house legal team of a leading organization. This expert will be instrumental in drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements, and legal documentation.

Key responsibilities include handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and collaborating with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors for Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, and Manpower contracts.

Effective communication with Clients and internal stakeholders is crucial as you work on amendments or extensions of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

As a trusted advisor, you will safeguard the company's interests in contractual matters and identify/mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
