Job Title: Legal Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Legal Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for various legal tasks related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

  • Vetting replies, written submissions, appeals, and other documents under RERA is a critical aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will effectively attend to RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT, representing the organization and briefing external counsel.
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to ensure the company's legal rights is a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining a legal tracker of cases handled, including CRM intimation and updating interim/final orders tracker is also essential.
  • Proficient in working on MS Excel is required.
  • Assisting the team lead and performing any other assigned work related to legal matters is a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Briefing external counsel and reviewing customer documentation are key aspects of this role.
  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with legal documents.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
