Job Title: Product Visionary

Seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology to drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Greenway-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Greenway-based solutions
  • Ensure product features address RCM workflows including Insurance & Eligibility, Claims, and Billing
  • Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in line with agile best practices

Requirements:

  • ~5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in healthcare technology
  • ~ Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems
  • ~ Hands-on experience with Greenway Health solutions (Greenway Insights, Clearinghouse Services, Validation Engine preferred)
  • ~ Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience in backlog management and sprint planning
  • ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms and integrations
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR standards
  • Certifications in CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Agile frameworks
