Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Visionary to lead our healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality products that improve healthcare workflows.

The successful candidate will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Greenway-based solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize product features aligned with RCM workflows, including Insurance & Eligibility, Claims, and Billing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize practice management processes and drive business growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and ensure alignment of product releases with compliance, usability, and business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in healthcare technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven experience in backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making.
Nice to Have

While not essential, experience with EHR/EMR platforms and integrations, as well as familiarity with HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR standards, would be beneficial.
