Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Tech Product Manager position will have 8+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, preferably within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or broader healthcare industry.

  • This role requires a proven ability to establish relationships with business and technology partners, as well as manage product backlogs and oversee product releases. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of business process management analysis and engineering.

Beyond that, the candidate should be able to provide product leadership for the implementation of rule management and workflow automation solutions, drive system demos for stakeholders and customers, and support client onboarding and solution integration into complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate contract-related business requirements into detailed features and user stories for IT development.
  2. Partner with business product owners to define, own, and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for rule management and workflow automation tools.
  3. Manage the product backlog and lead refinement, grooming, and prioritization activities at both feature and user story levels.
  4. Ensure product releases meet expected outcomes and drive system demos for stakeholders and customers.
  5. Provide product leadership for the implementation of rule management and workflow automation solutions.
  6. Support client onboarding and solution integration into complex business workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with and practical experience in rule management and workflow automation implementation in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working extensively with operational teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of business process management analysis and engineering.
  • Solid product management and agile delivery methodology skills, including managing product backlogs and overseeing product releases.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and active listening skills.
