Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in healthcare technology, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for high-quality products that improve healthcare workflows and enhance revenue cycle processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
    • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
    • Ensure product features address RCM workflows including Insurance & Eligibility, Claims, and Billing.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize practice management processes.
    • Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in line with agile best practices.
    • Represent the voice of the customer and ensure alignment of product releases with compliance, usability, and business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in healthcare technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare solutions, preferably within the Greenway Health ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience in backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms and integrations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR standards.
  • Certifications in CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Agile frameworks.
