Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management systems to spearhead the development of high-quality products that enhance healthcare workflows and drive value for providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements
  • Writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business needs
  • Ensuring product features address RCM workflows including Insurance & Eligibility, Claims, and Billing
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize practice management processes
  • Conducting backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in line with agile best practices
  • Representing the voice of the customer and ensuring alignment of product releases with compliance, usability, and business goals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in healthcare technology
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management systems
  • Hands-on experience with Greenway Health solutions (Greenway Insights, Clearinghouse Services, Validation Engine preferred)
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience in backlog management and sprint planning
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making
